‘puruṣera aṁśa’ pāche vidheya-saṁvāda
‘puruṣera aṁśa’ pāche vidheya-saṁvāda

Translation
“First the word ‘ete’ [‘these’] establishes the subject [the incarnations]. Then ‘plenary portions of the puruṣa-avatāras’ follows as the predicate.
