ajāta-rati sādhaka-bhakta, — e cāri prakāra
vidhi-mārge bhakte ṣoḍaśa bheda pracāra

“Within the category of regulative devotional service, there are also immature devotees. These are also of four varieties. Thus in regulative devotional service there are altogether sixteen varieties.
